Hostel Wasabi Asakusa & Cafe

Guest Information

• Our cafe on the 1st floor is open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests staying at the hostel are welcome to use the cafe until 8:00 PM.
• The latest check-in time is 12:30 AM. If your arrival is delayed due to flight schedules or other circumstances, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• For security reasons, the main entrance is locked after 11:00 PM.
• Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and until 6:00 PM on your check-out day. After 6:00 PM, luggage storage is available for 500 yen per item per day.
• Small lockers are available on each floor. Wire locks are also available free of charge at the front desk.
• Shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower rooms. Other amenities, including face towels, are available for purchase at the front desk.
• Refrigerator and freezer storage is available upon request. As the refrigerator is located in the staff kitchen, our staff will store and retrieve refrigerated or frozen items for you.
• A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available on the 6th floor.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. A designated smoking area is available on the 6th-floor rooftop from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• We can receive up to two postal packages per guest. Packages must not exceed a total dimension of 120 cm (width + depth + height).
• If you wish to dispose of your suitcase, we can arrange disposal for a fee of 2,000 yen per suitcase.
• Pets are not permitted.
